He&nbsp; stated&nbsp; that&nbsp; he&nbsp; had&nbsp; bought it&nbsp; from&nbsp; Belgium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">It&nbsp; is&nbsp; a&nbsp; golden&nbsp; jewellery&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Minoan&nbsp; Era. On&nbsp; its&nbsp; front&nbsp; side,&nbsp; a&nbsp; decorated&nbsp; tree&nbsp; leaf,&nbsp; of&nbsp;&nbsp; a&nbsp; delicate&nbsp; technique&nbsp; is&nbsp; depicted. At&nbsp; the&nbsp; back, there&nbsp; is&nbsp; an&nbsp; inscription&nbsp; including&nbsp; 18&nbsp; symbols&nbsp; of the&nbsp;&nbsp; Linear&nbsp; A&nbsp; Script.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>Libations&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; Sanctuary&nbsp; with&nbsp; rituals&nbsp; are&nbsp; recorded&nbsp; in&nbsp; this&nbsp; text.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>We&nbsp; studied&nbsp; the&nbsp; phonetic&nbsp; values&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; actual&nbsp; text. We understood&nbsp; it,&nbsp; we&nbsp; read&nbsp;&nbsp; and&nbsp;&nbsp; rendered&nbsp;&nbsp; it&nbsp; into&nbsp; Modern&nbsp; Greek,&nbsp; but&nbsp; we&nbsp; also&nbsp; approached&nbsp; it&nbsp; philosophically.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>Figuration&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; phonetic&nbsp; values&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; text.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">In&nbsp; our own&nbsp; view,&nbsp; the&nbsp; phonetic&nbsp; values&nbsp; are&nbsp; formed&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; as&nbsp; follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>SIDE WASI KANI JARA SEJA ZA QISE NUTI SIPEDE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">The&nbsp; language&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; text&nbsp; is&nbsp; <strong>Greek<\/strong>,&nbsp; <strong>Archaic<\/strong>, typical&nbsp; of&nbsp; any&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Minoan&nbsp; text<\/strong>. The&nbsp; grammatical&nbsp; structure&nbsp; of&nbsp;&nbsp; the&nbsp; text&nbsp; is&nbsp; mixed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">One&nbsp; can&nbsp; identify&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;Macedonian&nbsp; and&nbsp; <\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Pontic&nbsp; <\/strong>&nbsp;words, as&nbsp; well as&nbsp; <strong>Classical&nbsp; Greek&nbsp; Language<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">The&nbsp; utterance&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; words&nbsp;&nbsp; and&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; verbal&nbsp; types, follows&nbsp; the&nbsp; grammatical&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>rules<\/strong>&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Pontic&nbsp;&nbsp; Dialect, as&nbsp; well&nbsp; as&nbsp; those&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Classical&nbsp; Greek&nbsp;&nbsp; Language.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>Rendition&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; text:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>\u03a3\u03ae\u03b4\u03b5<\/strong><strong> ( <\/strong><strong>\u03c3\u03ae\u03c4\u03b5<\/strong><strong>) <\/strong><strong>\u03c6\u03b1\u03c3\u03af<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>\u03ba\u03ac\u03bd\u03b5\u03b9<\/strong> <strong>\u03b6\u03ac\u03c1\u03b9\u03b1<\/strong> <strong>\u03c3\u03b5\u03c4\u03c3<\/strong><strong>-(<\/strong><strong>\u03c3\u03ac\u03c4\u03c3<\/strong><strong>)-(<\/strong><strong>\u03c3\u03ad\u03c3\u03c4\u03c1\u03bf\u03bd<\/strong><strong>) <\/strong><strong>\u03b6\u03ac<\/strong> <strong>\u03ba\u03b9\u03c3\u03ad<\/strong><strong> ( <\/strong><strong>\u03ba\u03b5\u03c3\u03b9\u03ad\u03bd<\/strong><strong>) <\/strong><strong>\u03bd\u03ad\u03c4\u03b1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>\u03c3\u03ae\u03c0\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9(\u03c3\u03ad\u03c0\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>The&nbsp; Text&nbsp; in&nbsp; Modern&nbsp; Greek:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong><em>As&nbsp; the&nbsp; Religious&nbsp; Leaders&nbsp; said, when&nbsp; the&nbsp; coal&nbsp; is&nbsp; burnt&nbsp; in&nbsp; the sanctuary, leave&nbsp; the&nbsp; raw&nbsp;&nbsp; animals&nbsp; in&nbsp; order&nbsp; to&nbsp; be&nbsp; roasted.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong><em>(<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u038c\u03c0\u03c9\u03c2 \u03b5\u03af\u03c0\u03b1\u03bd\u03b5 ( \u03bf\u03b9 \u03b9\u03b5\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ac\u03bd\u03c4\u03b5\u03c2), \u03cc\u03c4\u03b1\u03bd \u03ba\u03ac\u03bd\u03b5\u03b9 \u03b1\u03bd\u03b1\u03bc\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b1 \u03ba\u03ac\u03c1\u03b2\u03bf\u03c5\u03bd\u03b1 \u03c3\u03c4\u03bf \u03b8\u03c5\u03c3\u03b9\u03b1\u03c3\u03c4\u03ae\u03c1\u03b9\u03bf \u03c4\u03b1 \u03b6\u03ce\u03b1 \u03c3\u03c4\u03b7\u03bd \u03ba\u03cc\u03b3\u03c7\u03b7 \u03c3\u03ba\u03ad\u03c4\u03b1 (\u03c9\u03bc\u03ac) \u03bd\u03b1 \u03c8\u03b7\u03b8\u03bf\u03cd\u03bd \u03ac\u03c6\u03b7\u03c3\u03b5).<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>A&nbsp;&nbsp; Philosophical&nbsp; Approach:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">\u03a4he&nbsp; text&nbsp; of&nbsp; the<strong>&nbsp; golden&nbsp; pin, <\/strong>is&nbsp; a&nbsp; document&nbsp; of<strong>&nbsp; guidelines&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; priestess&nbsp; <\/strong>about&nbsp; how&nbsp; she&nbsp; must&nbsp; act&nbsp; during&nbsp; a&nbsp; sacrifice&nbsp; in&nbsp; an&nbsp; altar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">The&nbsp; priestess&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; fires&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the&nbsp;&nbsp; altar, waiting&nbsp; for&nbsp; the&nbsp; cinder. She&nbsp; chants, she&nbsp; grants&nbsp; wishes, she&nbsp; prays, she&nbsp; burns&nbsp; incense&nbsp; until&nbsp; the&nbsp; coal&nbsp; becomes&nbsp; cinder,&nbsp; and&nbsp; then&nbsp; she carefully&nbsp;&nbsp; lays&nbsp; the&nbsp; animals&nbsp;&nbsp; on&nbsp; the&nbsp; altar. She&nbsp; puts&nbsp; the&nbsp; raw&nbsp;&nbsp; sacred&nbsp; gifts&nbsp;&nbsp; on&nbsp; the&nbsp; dome&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; sanctuary,&nbsp; where&nbsp; they&nbsp; will&nbsp; be roasted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">\u03a4he&nbsp; barbecue&nbsp; smell&nbsp; belongs&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; Gods,&nbsp; and&nbsp; the&nbsp; roasted&nbsp; meat&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; symposium&nbsp; of&nbsp; those&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; sacrificing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\"><strong>The&nbsp; symposia&nbsp; are&nbsp; always&nbsp; organized&nbsp; after&nbsp; rituals&nbsp; and&nbsp; sacrifices. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">The&nbsp; <em>kurbani<\/em>&nbsp; (\u03ba\u03bf\u03c5\u03c1\u03bc\u03c0\u03ac\u03bd\u03b9)&nbsp; of&nbsp; today, echoes&nbsp; all&nbsp; these&nbsp; procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">As&nbsp; we&nbsp; understand&nbsp; the&nbsp; old&nbsp; ritual, nowadays&nbsp;&nbsp; kurbani&nbsp; means&nbsp; a&nbsp; meal&nbsp; for&nbsp; those&nbsp; coming&nbsp; from&nbsp; remote&nbsp; places&nbsp; to&nbsp; attend&nbsp; a&nbsp; religious&nbsp; festival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">\u03a4he&nbsp; Fatherly &nbsp;National&nbsp; Ritual &nbsp;of&nbsp; sacrifices &nbsp;was&nbsp; always&nbsp; followed&nbsp; by&nbsp; a&nbsp; symposium.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: flor;\">After&nbsp; the&nbsp; sacrifices, the Religious&nbsp; Leader,&nbsp; as&nbsp; the&nbsp; Chief&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; ceremony, according&nbsp; to&nbsp; the&nbsp; <strong>\u0391<\/strong><strong>pollonian&nbsp; Ritual,&nbsp; <\/strong>used&nbsp; to&nbsp; lay<strong> \u201csannakia\u201d&nbsp; (\u00ab<\/strong><strong>\u03c3\u03b1\u03bd\u03bd\u03ac\u03ba\u03b9\u03b1<\/strong><strong>\u00bb),&nbsp; <\/strong>the&nbsp; roasted&nbsp; carcasses&nbsp;&nbsp; in&nbsp; big&nbsp; pots,&nbsp; and&nbsp; to&nbsp; offer&nbsp; them&nbsp; to&nbsp; those&nbsp; sacrificing.
